Yoga is for everyone
Yoga is for everyone. We are all unique and have our own journeys, and our practice changes as we change. Yoga offers us a path to connect to our body, mind, and spirit. Our practice helps us be present in each moment finding awareness, clarity, peace, and happiness.
My classes are for everyone no matter where they are in their practice, in their journey. I encourage everyone to explore their own connection to their self (body, mind, and spirit) and make their yoga practice their own. I also offer some yogic and Buddhist philosophy during my classes.
